Moros/Black Urn Split

Doomed-sludge fiends MOROS and blackened bludgeoners BLACK URN are excited to release their exclusive, limited release split album featuring four new stunningly abrasive songs to be released on February 27th. Both bands are dominating the Philadelphia music scene and beyond with their filthy and unrelenting styles of miserable sludge, doom and teeth chattering low-end riff obsession. MOROS and BLACK URN both bring their individual stylings to the table for their collaboration and have created a bleak sonic-overload spanning from beautiful violin to grime-filled riffs. With help in the studio from Jeff Barow (Ten Ton Hammer), Austin Haines (Outerheaven) and mastering from Alex Poole (Skaphe, Krieg), both MOROS and BLACK URN were able to see their massive soundscapes come to life.

MOROS and BLACK URN will celebrate their anticipated release on February 24th at Kung Fu Necktie in Philadelphia with a free show.

The split release is available for pre-order now and will be available on cassette and digital on February 27th.
